I am a Costa Rican painter known for my focus on butterflies as a central symbol in my work, through which I explore themes such as transformation, nature, and human life.
My art features a combination of techniques including oil, acrylic, and mixed media, and I also incorporate interactive installations and sculptures, creating a sensory and immersive experience for the viewer. Since 2016, butterflies have been a recurring motif, representing both freedom and hope, allowing my work to convey a sense of positivity and constant change.
Throughout my career, I have held over 50 exhibitions both in Costa Rica and abroad, in countries such as the United States, Mexico, South Korea, and across Europe.
